Registration Fee 

Use the payment button or the QR Code below to pay the Registration Fee for your child(ren) at Eaton Early Learning Center. The fee is as follows:

  • $100.00 for the first registered child

  • $50.00 for the second registered child

 

Important Note:
This button is exclusively for registration fee payments. For regular tuition payments or any questions about payment options, please contact our office directly at 970-454-9400.

Tuition Payment Options

Monthly tuition payments can be made at the preschool by cash or check. For your convenience, EELC also offers automatic monthly payments through ACH (Automated Clearing House). By completing the form below, you authorize EELC to deduct your tuition automatically from your account on either the 5th or the 15th of each month.

Registration 

Welcome to EELC Preschool Registration!

To register your child for the 2026/2027 school year starting in August '26, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the link below to access the Admissions Packet.

  2. Complete all required fields highlighted on the form.

  3. After completing the form, enter your email address and submit.

Important: After submitting, please verify your email to confirm delivery to EELC. Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submission.

4. Once you have submitted your Admissions Packet, you can now pay the $100.00 Registration Fee via the payment button. This completes the pre-registration process and holds your child's spot for the upcoming Fall of '26 school year!

4-Year-Old UPK Programming Options and what to choose....

 

When completing your UPK application:

  1. Choose Eaton Early Learning Center (EELC) as your first (and preferred) preschool choice.

  2. Select the programming option that best fits your family’s needs. All children in Colorado who are in the year before kindergarten eligibility (based on their home school district) are eligible for at least 15 free hours of preschool per week.

 

Schedule preference options (rank in order of preference):

​

  • A) Half-Day Mornings: Monday–Friday | 8:00–11:00 AM

  • B) Half-Day Afternoons: Monday–Thursday | 11:30 AM–3:15 PM

  • C) Full Days: 7:45 AM–3:15 PM

 

Please note: If you are a new family and have submitted your Admissions Packet using the link above, your child will be considered “currently enrolled.” This allows you to select the “currently enrolled” continuity of care option and be placed in the first round of matching.

​

 

If you plan to use 15 hours of UPK and extend to full days through tuition, please indicate this on the Contract Page of the Admissions Packet under the scheduling section.
If you apply for 30 hours UPK and do not qualify, there will be no penalty if you choose to adjust to the 15-hour option and half-day scheduling only.

 

We are always happy to work with you and do our best to meet your family's scheduling needs. UPK hours can be extended anywhere from 2 to 5 days per week via tuition.
